Peace!
Think_Learn_Do is about what many of us may have discovered over the years:
- Things often happen differently than we think they would.
- We are what we are by what we have experienced.
- We learn and remember best, from the things that we do.
Over the past 20 years working in a power utility corporation and working with thousands of projects worth billions, I notice that not enough sensible attention is given to:
- Management of risks and projects.
- Management of insurance.
- Needs for innovation and common sense.
This blog is about learning and sharing of ideas for busy managers with too much to do.
